Se le acusa de haber protagonizado un incidente violento en el Hospital Dr. Luis Manuel Morillo King, en La Vega. Seg\u00fan reportes oficiales, intent\u00f3 introducir una sopa a un paciente ingresado, acci\u00f3n que no le fue permitida por el personal de seguridad.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan los videos, la mujer lleg\u00f3 inicialmente sola al centro m\u00e9dico, mostrando una conducta agresiva. Le impidieron entrar con alimentos, por lo que se retir\u00f3 del lugar.<\/p>\n<p>Posteriormente, regres\u00f3 acompa\u00f1ada de otra persona, identificada como Juan Carlos Rodr\u00edguez Capell\u00e1n, quien, sin mediar palabra, agredi\u00f3 f\u00edsicamente al personal de seguridad del hospital, provoc\u00e1ndole lesiones considerables. Durante la situaci\u00f3n, la se\u00f1ora Batista Rodr\u00edguez se habr\u00eda interpuesto para evitar que el agresor fuera detenido, facilitando su huida mientras continuaba con un comportamiento hostil.<\/p>\n<p>El hecho ocurri\u00f3 en horas de la noche del 10 de diciembre de 2025. La detenida fue arrestada en flagrante delito, despu\u00e9s de que le leyeran sus derechos constitucionales.
